This is another great example of “People of Action”!
Noon Rotary
delivery service project
During covid-19
There are those in our community who cannot or should not leave home to get their medications, food, and other essentials.
Our members, along with other volunteers from the community, are mobilizing to deliver these crucial items.
We’ve partnered with our local Senior Center, Hospital, Schools, and The United Way to identify those folks and deliver what they need.
We need more drivers! Please contact us to volunteer!
You'll be able to use credit cards or your paypal account
Urgent need for funds - donate here!
Our club has mobilized to help those most affected by the current crisis.
We've funded the manufacturing of Hand Sanitizer for our first responders.
We've also funded a great local company producing masks for our hospital
We are supporting local organizations delivering food and medicine to those who can't do it themselves.
Please donate what you can immediately to help us help our neighbors.
Volunteers
We have enough volunteers to start the project, but for the sake of continuity, we need an additional 5-10 Delivery Driver Volunteers. Rotarians or Non- Rotarians can volunteer.

Hours of Service
Service will be provided Monday through Friday each week from 11am-5pm until the conclusion of the “Stay at Home Order”. Drivers and Dispatchers will be assigned to three hour shifts from 11- 5 and 2-5 each day.
One Dispatcher and two or more Delivery Drivers will be on duty during every shift.
Orders Must Be Phoned In and Pre-Paid and Available for Curbside Pick-Up
The client will place all orders by telephone and they will be prepaid by credit/debit card. No money or credit/debit cards will be handled by Rotary volunteers.
Simple Straight Forward System
- Client calls a market, pharmacy, or restaurant and places an order for groceries, medical supplies/prescriptions , or a take-out meal and pays for it with a credit or debit card. Client take note of when the order can be picked up curbside.
